Transit and Delivery Timeline

  • Following the 2 business days required for preparation, the transit phase typically spans an additional 1 to 2 business days .
  • Consequently, the total estimated timeline for your items to arrive at your address is 3 to 4 business days.
  • While we strive to meet these windows consistently, factors such as weather or regional transport disruptions may occasionally influence these timings.
  • We aim to keep you informed of any significant changes to this schedule should they arise during the journey of your order.

Cash on Delivery and Pricing

  • Melriona utilizes a Cash on Delivery (COD) model for all transactions.
  • This means that the total amount for your purchase is collected at your doorstep upon the physical receipt of the items.
  • We do not require any advance digital payments during the online checkout process.
  • To maintain absolute transparency, we confirm that there are no hidden charges or additional shipping costs added to your order.
  • The price displayed at the point of your initial request is the exact amount you provide to the courier upon delivery.

Cancellation and Support

  • However, once the parcel has been dispatched and is with our logistics partners, the delivery must be completed as planned.
