Ordering and Dispatch Timeline

When you select a piece from our collection, we initiate a dedicated
preparation sequence.

We require 2 business days for the internal handling,
packaging, and shipping preparation of your items.

Once dispatched, the transit phase typically takes an additional
1 to 2 business days.

Consequently, the total estimated delivery timeline is
3 to 4 business days
from the moment your order is confirmed.

charges or additional shipping costs added to your total at the time of
delivery.

The price you see on your order confirmation is the exact amount you pay
to the courier.
Returns and Damaged Items

the day the item is delivered to your address.

be sent to you or, if the item is unavailable or the damage is beyond
repair, we will facilitate a full refund.
Refund Procedure

Since our transactions are handled via COD, we do not possess your
banking information.

via email to request your bank details.

Refunds are issued exclusively through bank transfers.

Change of Mind and Restocking
